Very clean low mile Haulmark 44' Motorhome powered by a 500HP Volvo D13 engine. 13 speed automatic transmission, with 3 speed engine retarder. 21K miles. Michelin Energy X Radial tires, 12.5kw Onan generator. AM/FM/Sirius XM radio in the truck cab. New Legacy Supreme Heated/Massage Driver and passenger seats ($4500.00 value.) 40,000 lb tow hitch for your racing or stacker trailer. Great for Snowbirds.Average mpg is 8-9 mpg pulling mountains passes and 11-14 mpg on I-10 flats. 3 A/C roof top units with front unit being new in July 16. Sleeps 6, queen bunk over cab; queen pullout in living room with mattress topper, and a new upgraded Queen Beautyrest "Black" mattress in the bedroom ($2,300.00 value). Very large spacious living area. Living area include full size couch, dinette and 2 person seat across from the couch. There is a great amount of storage throughout the coach. Awesome Sony AM/FM/DVD/CD surround sound systems with subwoofer. Samsung LCD TV in living room and bedroom. 3-burner electric stove, side by side refrigerator freezer, Samsung Convection/Microwave, Double kitchen sink. If you have looked at any of the new Class A diesel pusher’s you will note that with the slides closed there is not much room for walking comfortably to the kitchen or the restroom. This is not the case on this unit. There is ample room for walking the length of the coach while travelling. From a maintenance standpoint the kitchen the bathroom and shower are all fixed in place and independent of the 3 slides. This dramatically reduces the maintenance costs as there aren’t hoses and connections moving in and out with the slides. The coach is wired with a new Roadmaster air system for the tow dinghy. This coach handles great in windy weather thanks to the fixed dual 8 tire rear axles. We have run down 93 in Idaho and Nevada on several trips in high winds and the coach sticks well to your lane. See attached coach spec sheets. This is a great value looking for a quality rv that is outside of the mold of the mass produced coaches. Another point for consideration is that this being a class 8 truck, you can have this serviced at any Volvo dealer 5 days a week till midnight. If you have had any experiences with service from a class A dealer, you can wait weeks for service. We have found same day and next day service in all cases from the truck dealers.Specs:-40,000 BTU Gas Furnace-3-15,000 BTU Lo Pro Roof A/C w/Heat Strip & Purge Pump Duct Heating & A/C-1.7 CU FT Stainless Steel Convection Microwave-Sony Surround Sound CD/DVD/BluRay/AM/FM Stereo50.6 Gallon LP Tank, Internally mounted to rear of coach with external fill nozzle-60 gallon Black Tank & 120 gallon grey tank-Enclosed Heated holding tanks-12.5 KW Onan generator-2,000 watt inverter120/240 50 amp transfer switch-50 amp service and shore cord-Walnut cabinets-Automatic 4 leg levelling system-20' Carefree Awning-40,000 lb towing capacity from rear hitch-great for towing stacker or racing traile
