Shortly after his purchase, his wife passed away. He told me that he loved to drive to rallies, the Newell factory, and visit friends solo. The coach was never used for fulltime living. When not in use, it was always stored in a garage.I purchased it from the second owner in February of this year. Have done several upgrades since including the following:•Installed two 365/70R/22.5 Michelin Tires in the front – a $2,000 upgrade•Installed SilverLeaf Glass Dash – a $7,000 upgrade•Replaced the desk on the passenger side in living room with an Ultra Leather jack-knife couch – a $5,000 upgrade. Still have the leather recliner and the desk that can be put back in the coach if desired. The recliner is leather and in excellent shape – see last five photos in the Interior Pictures•Added side-view Cameras – a $5000 upgrade•Replaced both front and bedroom TV's with LED TV's – a $600 upgrade•Took the coach to the factory in Miami, OK, in June of this year and performed some major chassis and house maintenance including air dryer filters, engine air filter and chassis lube – a $4,126.35 maintenance•Cross Fire Dual Tire Pressure Equalizer – a $350 upgrade •Performed engine oil, engine coolant, and transmission fluid analysis – all look good!Total Recent Upgrade/Maintenance $24,075Reason for Selling: Family circumstances have changed and no longer have time to travel using the coach as we had intended to.
