Great condition, very well cared for. There is no sign of any broken, damaged, or missing items. The roof, awnings, and interior fabrics are all clean and undamaged. New batteries and windshield. LOADED WITH OPTIONS ADDED - NOT A STOCK UNIT - Excellent condition - private owner - We have added so many options that any owner would want to have, and worked through all the normal new RV thinks that come up. I know more about this unit than even Thor salespeople! In addition to all the great standard features of this model, we have added the following items.Options added:1) Sway Bar, Roadmaster - critical for driving performance, keeps these ford chassis from swaying all over the road.2) Steering Stabilizer, Roadmaster - also critical to keep you from fighting the ford f53 chassis with every semi driving by or cross wind. 3) 5-Star Tuning Program - mandatory w ford f53 to improve programming and performance 4) Tireminder Tire Pressure Monitoring System - sensors on all 6 tires, and I have 4 spare sensors for a tow dinghy. 5) Falcon All-Terrain Tow Bar - for hooking up your tow vehicle - I'm throwing this in the deal, with all the accessories ready to tow your car - you just need to install the tow package on your car. 6) Brake Buddy Stealth - the RV controller is installed and wired and ready - you'll just need to install the unit in your dingy car. 7) Fixed Thor front grill problem causing loud, obnoxious whistle - common problem w Thor ACE units - every unit has it - I replaced the front grill and completely eliminated that issue.8) Ceiling fan replacement - all 3 - the fan in the bathroom, bedroom and living area from the factory were the cheapest of cheap. We replaced all 3 with the MaxxAir deluxe units with remote controls, rain guard, timers - super quiet and you don't have to climb on the bed or toilet to operate them.9) Front radio added 2 more speakers - the factory speakers for the front radio are behind you in the living area, you can't hear anything - we added 2 Pioneer speakers up front so when you are driving you have great sound quality now.10) Queen Bed added memory foam - the factory mattress is only 4" thick and hard to sleep on - we added a deluxe memory foam pad and while it slightly increases the height the sleep quality is amazing.11) Front captain chair repair/adjustment - the pedistals for the two front chairs have a known issue where they are slanted and not staight - many people complained online - we adjusted and repaired both for the most comfort and ride.These upgrades improved the performance and comfort of the coach so much. With these options you can hook up your dinghy car and not have to spend money on tow bar, wiring, etc - get your car ready and go. Everything working in the coach - no problems at all - I've gone through this unit top to bottom - EVERYTHING - you won't find a defect with any systems or options. The rest of the features are the same as the factory 29.2 unit from Thor - this is the best floor plan they make in the ACE units.If you purchased from us, I will go through everything with you and orient you on every feature and every option.
