We have been to Red Bay, Alabama and visited Tiffin's repair facility as well as Bay Diesel. During our time there we had Tiffin take care of everything that needed to be repaired, including replacing both the Road Side Front Slide Floor and the Wet Bay Floor. At Bay Diesel, every maintenance possible was performed including maintenance that was not yet due. All maintenance is up to date as of April of this year. Our experience with motor homes (this is our 4th) is that they all need repairs, even the new ones. Because we have taken care of everything that we could identify, we feel that those immediate repair expenses will be diminished.
