This 2018 Alante 31V appears to be free of any major, noticeable damage or defects to the exterior. However, a chip in the windshield is on the driver's side near the bottom. Part of the rear mud flap has been cut out to provide access to the hitch, and there appears to be rust on the frame of the mud flap. The seller states that all features are operational. Stock #348531 2 slides and outdoor TV and entertainment system for sale. Great storage area. Extremely low mileage and great condition. Whether it's for seasonal camping adventures with the family or for full-time living, this 2018 Alante 31V will not disappoint you. The Ford Triton/V10 engine at 320 HP is plenty of power for this RV, even with a towing capacity of 5,000 lbs. The two slide-outs transform the interior into a modern, spacious living area. The two 11,000 BTU ceiling-mounted A/C units are more than adequate for the space they need to cool. An abundance of counter space and storage areas highlight the kitchen. There is plenty of space to prepare or spread out meals during self-serve situations. Set away from the rest of the living area is the master bedroom. The queen-sized bed is easily accessible from either side and in addition to much-needed closet space, there is a storage area under the mattress as well. An exterior entertainment center, with TV and stereo, will provide an area to gather while watching your favorite sports teams compete on weekends. Reason for selling is selling due to poor health.

I have had this motor home for 4 yrs. I have gone over 15,000 miles in it with no issues other than a broken fan belt. The motor home is in good shape considering its age. Low NADA on this coach is $31,000 & high is $37,500. The reason for such a low asking price is because the roof has some soft spots due to leaks that must have been fixed before I purchased it. I wanted to make sure the potential buyer was aware of this. I was told about 2 yrs ago that it should be replaced and we just had it sealed and kept on trucking. To this day it does not have any leaks and we camp with it monthly. One other issue is the dash A/C has a slow freon leak which needs to be charged every summer. To be perfectly honest, even charged on hot days, I run the generator and house A/C to make the coach very comfortable. It is on a workhorse chassis with 8.1 Chevy Vortec Engine and 6 Speed Allison Transmission. 2 Roof A/C units, 50 amp service, 4 door Refrigerator/freezer, Sofa sleeper, Recliner, Queen bed, Large bathroom with shower, 2 LCD TV's, Satellite system, HD antenna, DVD player, Microwave/convection oven, and plenty of cabinet space. This made us a perfect starter motor home and for this price you really cant beat the deal.
