1995 Fleetwood Tioga Montara 29Z, 1995 Ford Tioga Montara Fleetwood (model Z) Email for inquiries (see image for email address). located on the east side of Baltimore city in closed lot vehicle storage 29 feet in length approximately 91,000 miles We will schedule a few days of showings for serious inquiries only. Details: Sadly, we have to sell our awesome RV which has been in our family for about 5 years now. This beauty has been lovingly cared for, but we just dont get enough use out of it to justify the storage and maintenance. Most of the proceeds from the RV will directly fund our wedding. It has recently received new wood floors and a new ceiling fan / top air vent. Our Tioga Montara RV is in incredibly good shape considering its age. The textile surfaces on all the seats and curtains are in near mint condition, as are the blinds and most plastic finishes in the interior. Queen size bed in back and sleeps 6 total. On the exterior, the side awning was replaced in 2010 and works beautifully. Currently registered and licensed in Maryland, passing all emissions tests, etc. The RVs previous owner was a family friend in North Carolina that just drove it to tailgate parties and used it for cruising around the local area. E350 cab with only 91K miles. Thats not a typo!! This baby has decades of fight left in her with such low mileage!!! Shower, stove, fridge, toilet, microwave, air conditioner (Coleman TSR) and more, including a hitch bike rack (can be sold without it)! Everything works when last tested except the generator (onan microlite 4000), which worked last year. Im just having a little trouble getting it to turn over. I plan on having it looked at if I cant get it figured out in the next week or so, but in interest of full disclosure, I wanted to include this detail. No leaks or other issues with the ceiling. We just had the running lights fixed to pass MD inspection. $9,500.00
