Class A 40' diesel pusher coach in excellant condition. It has 1 large slide in living area. It also has two large couches in living area with 1 that folds to a hide a bed. Just off living area there is a spacious kitchen with table with a leaf and 4 chairs, double compartment sink, cooktop stove ,and convection microwave. Kitchen also has a large refriderator freezer side X side. Large bathroom with big corner shower with glass door and big vanity and sink and flush toilet. Also has a combination washer and dryer that I have never used, Also has 2 TV s that I have not used. Rear bedroom with a queen bed and plenty of storage and closets. Coach has 2 good working AC units and 2 good working propain furnaces and All hydraulic leveling jacks. Coach has a reliable Cummings 300 HP motor and Alison automatic transmission. I have service records on everything I have done in the past 8 years and from previouse years along with owners manual. All fluids have been replaced and properly serviced. I strongly believe in good maintence and here are some of the recent things I have done. All new tires about 3 years ago with about 9,000 miles on then now. Not retreads new RV tires. New 10 gallon gas water heater,and 4 new air bags less than a year ago for the air ride suspension. 6 new batterys less than a year old. The coach has an abundance of storage compartments underneith for your camping gear. Rubber roof is in good shape and has no leaks. I have stored it inside the past 8 years I have owned it. Owned by non smoker and no pets. Coach has a 7500 watt diesel generator with 1015 hours in great working condition. Coach has 100 gallon water storage tank and large gray and black water tanks with working gauges including large propain tank. Coach has a trailer hitch and 7 wire RV plug and a removable motorcycle carrier on rear that I hauled my Harley on. This is a very clean reliable coach just returned from arizona with no issues. thank you
