Previously owned by my parents who had bought this camper new. I have been the primary driver 98%. This camper was only used for day trips to the VA hospital and two nights overnight. No food was prepared. Only heated coffee in microwave made from home. The stove, coffee pot, awning and shower have never been used. Tires are in new condition. There was a leak below the frig but it has been repaired and there are no leaks. I am also fortunate to still have all the manuals and maintenance records. Otherwise in pristine condition.
