I am the original owner. The unit has one slide, very good tires, good coach, and engine batteries. There are minor cosmetic exterior blemishes consistent with the age. The original price was $153,500; I have all the operating manuals for the appliances, etc., and all are in good working order. There is a removeable Stowaway luggage compartment that is mounted to the trailer hitch.The kitchen counters and bathroom sink are Corian and the floor is ceramic tile. We have never used the shower, so it is in pristine condition. The seats, dinette, and sofa are fabric and have been covered since the unit was new and are in very good condition.
