One family owned since 2003. I purchased in 2008 from parents when they couldn't use anymore. This is the same as all the other Chinooks so I will just list the upgrades only. Has been professionally maintained by A-Z Mobile RV or Ford. Rear suspension dampers (rubber accordion things in rear) and shocks replaced. Refrigerator was replaced with upgraded & larger version. External Generator Genturi exhaust tube (no fumes on patio side). New Roof vent covers. 2) 3 year old 12v Batteries. New water pump. New & upgraded kitchen pull out sink faucet. New & upgraded Oxygenics bathroom shower head. Electric system serviced and cab isolation solenoid replaced. Had 100K service done at Ford. Generator rebuilt at Cummins summer 2106. Goodyear Tires 3 years old, Fall 2016 had tires remounted and road force balanced at Ford. Toilet valve replace Fall 2016. Front hitch for bike racks, etc. (more convenient with rear door). LP tank has external connector for Weber Q-Grill with cast iron grate that fits inside storage (included). 22“ LED TV and BluRay DVD upgrade. Internal LED light upgrade, one installed, the rest included. Thule lockable roof storage. Roof solar panel. Reconfigured Dining table, 2 benches with/without table (stored on wall) Replaced original floor carpet with linoleum and made custom removable floor carpets. Custom bunk cot over dining seat backs for additional sleeping area (can sleep 5 this way). We have 2 tall teenage boys and we slept 3 sideways with plenty of room and 1 on cot over our feet. Cot stores behind couch along with all bedding. Custom front cab screens. Custom solar shades for all windows. Custom sewer hose storage that accepts larger Rhino hose with connectors still on.
