The 2014 CHATEAU 33SW exterior has minor fading paint and no dents or rust. The awning and single slide operate smoothly, which indicates that both the slide mechanism, the awning motor, and the braces are ok. The storage compartments don't appear to be damaged.
The Interior upholstery and flooring appear to be in good shape; however, some of the cabinetry has minor wear and some cleaning issues. The owner/seller maintains that the appliances and entertainment systems are functional.
While the RV was moving to the inspection area, it was noted that the engine sounded a little rough.
