The 10 year old 2014 Chateau is kept covered buy a custom fit full RV cover (included in the sale). The exterior is relatively clean considering the Seller property is covered in trees.
The interior is also clean and looks amazing - there is some wear on the sofa (side cushions) and back of the dinette by the entry area. Also, one of the Wardrobe Closet Mirrors is broken - happened when the door was open while closing the slide. All of these issues are merely cosmetic and can be fixed.
The Ford Triton V10 Engine has less than 45,000 miles and is in great condition. Overall this is a beautiful RV at a great price!
