The overall condition of the 2017 Chaparral 361RD is very good.
The exterior was found to be clean and free of any scratches or dents.
The interior was found to be clean and in very good condition. There were no rips or tears detected in the upholstery.
The tires are original but have good tread and the sidewalls are free of any cracks or splitting.

This one-owner 2017 Chaparral 381RD by Coachmen is in great condition and ready to take you on your camping adventure.
The 381RD will sleep up to six and has a spacious rear living room with updated reclining theatre seats. The automatic levelers are a great feature when setting up the fifth wheel. The fifth wheel hitch is also included in the sale.
The 5-slide fifth wheel has a very spacious interior.
The kitchen, with an island, is nicely appointed with a large microwave, a 3-burner stove with cover, an oven, a propane/electric refrigerator/freezer, a dual sink with cover, and a large pantry. There is also plenty of cabinet and storage drawers.
The dining table with chairs is nestled in a slide with windows on three sides to allow in natural light. The table can be extended to create more surface space, with the seat bases containing storage space.
The living room is laid out to allow conversation or TV viewing from all the seating.
A brand new (never used) reclining theatre seating with heat and vibration options faces the entertainment center.
Slides on the left and right sides of the living area carry a sofa that converts to a bed for two. Above each sofa are windows and cabinet storage.
The entertainment center contains an electric fireplace, an AM/FM/DVD/CD unit, a recently new TV, and cabinet storage.
The full bath, located up a set of steps forward, contains a sink with vanity, a medicine cabinet, a toilet, a shower with skylight, a linen closet, and an electric ceiling vent fan.
The master bedroom contains a queen bed with storage beneath the mattress, hanging closets and storage space that is washer/dryer prepped, and a dresser for clothes. The bedroom also has a wall TV mount for a TV.
Externally you'll find a full pass-thru storage compartment and propane tanks that hold 60 lbs. The front storage compartment has had the floor cut away and a pulling system installed to facilitate a generator. The generator can easily be loaded/unloaded and used externally with the modification.
