This RV's condition is as close to new as I have ever seen a used RV. There are no stains, smells or tears at all. The exterior is totally free of any damage at all. Exterior storage areas are plentiful and the electric hot water heater can be found in one of these exterior storage areas. The deck and ramp shown in the pictures are not included in the sale and is not attached to the RV but is firmly in the ground.
