A real Casita Spirit Deluxe. Brand New Coleman A/C just installed Fall 2019 (Pics show original a/c.) Brand new Marine Battery. New Youthful cushions, but still have old ones. Best part about this layout is you can keep your bed up all the time along with having a table & chairs to sit at. Comes with Cover. White vinyl floor.
