2003 20' Carson box trailer that has been converted. Kitchenette including full size sink and gas stove. Plenty of counter room for other appliances like a microwave and/or coffee maker. Two beds fold down from the wall (slightly smaller than a twin). Holding tank for 12 gallons of fresh water. Comes with a mounted tv and cd/stereo (speakers both inside and out). Space for a private changing area or porta potty which you could add a toilet to later if needed. Lots of storage! New flooring throughout and tires are less than a year old (also comes with one new mounted spare tire). Comes with two batteries and charging station that's ready to be hooked up to your generator. Interior measurements are as follows: between the cabinet and the rear opening there is 13.5', from wheel to wheel is 78"w, height is 78 1/2" and the rear opening is 72 1/2"h x 84"w.
