a/c, hot water heater, heater, refrigerator with small freezer, newer tires , electric tong jack. microwave,easy lift type weight distributions comes with trailer , it is rated at 1000 tong, 10000lbs tow cap . new spring and hardware, new electric breaks, automatic propane change over on tanks. sleeps about 6 people. queen blowup sleeper bed matters comes with trailer. trailer light weight is 4960. A 1/2 ton pick up could pull it. it has a little wear and tear. but it is a good starter toy hauler. it also has all 3 tanks, on it . fresh water, gray water and sewer. i think all tanks are 70 gallons each. not sure. but i know they hold a lot. has built in surge protection for trailer when hooked up to a/c power or a generator.
