Very nice and well maintained four seasons fifth wheel. Waxed yearly, roof treated regularly, covered when not in use (ADCO cover included). Upgraded faucets in kitchen and bathroom to residential faucets. Unit has the upgraded florescent lighting, washer/dryer hookups, outside shower, 50 amps, large front closet, brand new Sealy Plush mattress, padded ceiling throughout unit, full size bed within the pull out couch, all tires approximately 3 years old. This Carriage unit has been rock solid ever since we have owned it. We purchased it from the original owner back in 2010 and have all documentation. Unit has been stored in an enclosed storage unit for much of its life. Gelcoat is still beautiful and has no dings at all. This is must see unit -- inside and out.
