Roof replaced 4 years ago, new power awning 1 year ago. Upgraded Mor-Ryde Axle and hitch pin box. Includes portable waste tank, front enclosure for under pin (makes into a nice storage area), and patio room screen house enclosure (make the awning area into a nice screened in or closed off area).
