Until recently, me, my wife, and our two kids used this RV regularly with plenty of space and privacy for all. It is considered a 4-seasons coach, the underbelly is insulated, but not heated. This RV is older, but EVERYTHING WORKS, and there is a TON of space! Full 2nd bedroom in the back with 2 twin size (bunk) beds, large closet, desk, under-bed storage, overhead storage, 8 drawer dresser, and TV. Large slide in living area with dinette (4 chairs) and sofa (pulls out into double bed). Corner built in entertainment center with more storage above and below, also additional chair in living area. Kitchen has 2-way (power/LP) fridge/freezer unit with auto-switchover, 3 burner stove, and OVEN. Double sink with upgraded pull-out faucet, and fold up counter top for extra space. LOTS OF CABINET STORAGE. Center pass through bath area includes water closet with pocket door, stackable washer and dryer, sink/cabinet area, and large corner shower/tub combo. Pocket doors on both ends ensure privacy in bathroom area, as well as master bedroom. Master bedroom has one slide with queen size newer Tempur-Pedic mattress, night stands with storage on both sides of bed. Huge double door closet across the front, with shelving at one end. TONS of cabinet space in bedroom as well as dressing table with drawers, 6 drawer dresser, and TV cubby. TVs are not included for master bedroom, or living room. Gas furnace (WORKS), gas water heater (WORKS), 2 roof mounted DUCTED A/C units (both WORKING)with climate control thermostat. Lots of cargo space underneath. Tires in good condition. Both slide-outs WORK. All appliances WORK. There is a 20 foot awning, but it does have a tear in the canvas, it is usable, but should be replaced.50 Amp service, fresh, grey, and black water holding tanks (don't leak!), no generator.
