2005 Carriage Carri-Lite 37' Fifth Wheel RV, in excellent condition in and out, and the interior renovated. Model is 36SLX5 with FIVE slide outs. Top of the line fifth wheel. Interior and exterior is in excellent condition. Fully self contained, full kitchen/bathroom, queen bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom, rear den, fireplace, LCD TV's, desk, etc! Sleeps up to 5. In the kitchen area: 2 door fridge, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave oven, and hot water tank. At the rear of the Fifth Wheel, through french doors is the rear den. 32" LCD TV in the den, and another 21" LCD TV in the bedroom. At the front of the fifth wheel, is the bedroom and bathroom. Private room for the toilet, and across the hall is the shower and vanity. Rear den has the fireplace and two sofa's. Ducted roof A/C, along with a ducted furnace. Big awning over the passenger side. Many more options. State/regional taxes, SMOG, and DMV fees will also be added to all California residents. California usage tax (8%) also applies to sales to customers of all states/countries if the vehicle or motorhome is picked up in California. Some states have a reciprocal tax agreement with California, meaning you don't pay taxes twice.
