.This trailer is in excellent working order and looks very niceIt has ducted A/C, electric front jacks, it has the winter package already from the factory, it has 3 pop out sliders, one awning, new mattress, a fireplace and computer work station. It has 4 new tires that cost around $1,000 dollars, it also includes the already installed 5000 watt Ohnan propane generator that has just a small amount of hours on it and a fairly new Visio tv and CD player Will take $21,000 for it if we remove the generator, tv and CD player Must see to apreciate it
