We are not looking to make any profit on this unit, we just need to free our new yard up as we built a home 2 months ago and lived in the RV while our house was being built so we won't be RV'g anymore. There are a lot of photos, sorry for the detailed listing but if you still have ANY questions call us. We are non smokers and unit has been total pet free! Brand new roof and skylights due to age of the RV and was weathered from FL sun, NO water damage, NO leaks ever in the unit at all, new front landing gear, new rear scissor jacks, 2 new vents w/motor fans in bathroom. All work completed by Lazydays as of today Dec 2016, RV detailed inside and out by them also = appx $16,242 of work done. The 5th wheel trailer was ordered from the factory with Cherry Glazed wood finish. It has the Big foot automatic leveling package, a second bedroom 13500 BTU ducted AC, a 4 door side by side 11 Cu Ft. refrigerator, a regular stove and range top, as well as a Maytag convection microwave, two fantastic ceiling vents with wall switches, a Dirt Devil central vac system and Astro-foil insulation. It is plumbed in for a side by side washer and dryer. It also has a second Carefree awning on the dining room slide out, upgraded electric over hydraulic Kodiak disk brakes, 17.5 inch wheels with Goodyear G114 tires, load range H, with TST tire pressure monitors. It has Plug-it-right stabilizers on the front levelers and wind down steadying jacks on the rear with JT strong arm stabilizers. It has two, 1 yr old type 24 12V batteries, a Mor-Ryde pin box and RE suspension units, wet bolt spring shackle kit, and a rear towing hitch. A portable 8000 grain water softener is included. The reclining chairs are not included. The trailer has been washed and waxed every 6 months since new. However while it is in excellent condition, I am not asking full NADA retail price because it has been exposed to the sun in Nevada and Florida, and the finish is not as good as new. The gel coat is not shiny new, and the decals on the sun exposed side are fading and crazing.
