This 1997 camper is in excellent condition inside and out. It has been taken well care of. There are no leaks, hole, rips, tears, or damages. The camper has never been wrecked, flooded, or been on fire. The four tires are in excellent condition, and they are ST225/75R15C. The spare tire is in fantastic condidtion. Sway bar is included if accepted offer is above $4700. The bar costs about $400 new. The ball joint is a 2 and 5/16" hitch. The jack stand is electronic and the stabilizer is manual. All lights inside and out work. There is a 19" tv in the master bedroom. Remote is included and the tv works. This camper has been used on the road twice by me. The electronics and kitchen are LP gas controlled. The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, double-basin sink, conter top, fridge and freezer combo, storage, and a window as seen. There is a 39" X 28" surface table and seating as seen. The bedroom has a bed and cabinets. The bed is 73" X 53" X 12". The bathroom is a full bath, with sink, toilet, and shower. There is a couch that pulls out into a sleeper. All carpet has normal wear, but in decent condition. No pet has ever been inside and no smokers. The seating area and couch area retract outward and does so in perfect action. The electrical outlets around the perimeter are 110/125 Volt, AC, 60HZ, 30Ampere. Extra power plugs have been installed around the perimeter that are not standard. So, you have plenty of power outlets for ease outside. The air, heat, and water are onboard. There is a showering area on the rear of the camper next to the travel rack. The awning on the right side is manual and in fantastic condition. There is plenty of storage outside.
