The seller estimates the engine miles to be approximately 350,000 (the odometer digital display is no longer readable). The roof appears intact, with no visual signs of leaks. Upholstery and flooring are in good condition. The engine started right up and ran smoothly during the photoshoot. The air conditioners worked fine during the photoshoot. Tires have a mixture of manufacturer dates (some were not visible). Front tires have 2018 date codes, rear axle tires appear to have 2016 date codes, and the tag axle tires have 2022 date codes. This 1992 Prevost Liberty 40 is in overall good condition, and the seller has invested time and money to ensure it performs and operates as it should. The speedometer was replaced, and the mileage shown on it is the current mileage since then. The coach has a DOT stamp under the captain's station showing the mileage when the replacement was made. The current mileage on the coach is 188,000. The clearcoat is peeling, there are some dings in the aluminum (shown in the photos), a cracked side window, and overall wear and tear appropriate for the coach's age. This is a nice Prevost. The Detroit Diesel 8V92 is still considered one of the best big engines ever produced, and this one starts right up and runs smoothly and steadily. The Power Tech 17.5KW generator only has 5,254 hours on it, and it was running perfectly when the photos and video were taken for this listing. The Detroit in this coach is the ECM controllable motor and can be programmed to push up to 550HP, but seller has not changed the programming and coach performs very well at current factory horsepower setting.
