The condition of this unit is very good and shows well; pride of ownership is seen throughout. According to the owner, the roof is in good shape, and this unit is leak-free. This unit features air-conditioning and heat comfortable kitchen and sleeps up to eight people. This unit is equipped with bunk beds which is a wonderful feature. There are two entrances to this unit, one in the main living area and the second one into the bathroom, which is an excellent feature campsite when you need access to the bathroom from the outside of the unit coming back from the lake or when guests need access to the bathroom.
