All systems are operational and working as intended. Rear A/C is working but could use a service.
Being picky, the RV could use a detailing inside and out, but it is in good condition and ready to camp.

All rubber seals on all slideouts were replaced
The roof was resurfaced with reflective paint
New awning fabric was installed
New black tank valve was installed.
