According to the seller, all mechanical and operational systems function as intended. Inside, all finishes, soft goods, and upholstery appear to be in good condition. With the exception of normal wear on the driver's seat, no rips, tears, holes, or damage to the upholstery were noted. No unusual or unexpected odors were noticed. Outside, no damage was noted to the body, and all surfaces were still "shiny," and no delamination was noticed. Storage compartments appeared clean and in good condition. The front tires are less than a year old, and the four back tires are less than two years old. All tires are in good condition. Please note: the tow system seen in the pictures is NOT included with the purchase of this coach. Stock #395615 This RV was SOLD on May 15. This 2008 Fleetwood Bounder 36D (Diesel) is somewhat of a rarity. There aren't many Bounder diesel pushers around...and there sure aren't many in this great condition. This is an original owner coach, and it has been kept under cover since it was new. Inside, the coach feels wide open and spacious because the opposing slides make it feel much roomier than other similar coaches. A large leather sleeper sofa and a comfortable dinette also convert to sleep space. The dinette also includes drawers with lots of storage space. The kitchen is very nicely laid out for cooking, with a three-burner stove and a never-used oven. There's lots of counter space and storage, and this one has been customized to accept a larger refrigerator/freezer. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, lots of closet space, a built-in dresser, and a washer/dryer combo. The bathroom is very spacious, with a corner shower with a skylight, a sink with a medicine cabinet, a toilet, and storage. Even with the slides in, this coach has easy access to the main living area, kitchen, and bathroom. It makes stopping to make a sandwich for lunch or taking a quick break a breeze. Outside, there's a large awning, TV and stereo, and lots of storage. Access to hook-ups and batteries is easy. This is a nice coach that has been well-maintained by its original owners. Their decision to downsize presents a great opportunity for someone. Don't wait, though--it won't be around long!
