Fixer Upper special! We have owned this RV for 12 years but unfortunately while we were away this winter the roof leaked and there is water damage on the baseboards. We have sealed the leaks but the water damage in the wood near the floor is still evident. The shell of the RV, all the appliances and hardware are all in good working condition. The engine has 150,000 miles but it still runs well. The refrigerator, Generator and air conditioner are all in very good working condition.
