Fully self contained with new, 110 Vac generator, 50 gallon fresh water tank, 50 gallon holding tank for toilet etc. Nice full sized real toilet w/arm room, custom built sunken shower, with lots of room, Noritz insta hot propane heater for hot water, kitchen sink, wall to wall carpet, professional paint job. Runs great, very reliable.
