The tankless water heater needs repair or replacement.
Flooring is in good shape. Just a few minor scratches and blemishes.
Roof appears intact with no signs of leakage. It appears to have been recoated recently.
Patio awning is intact and in good condition.
Slide-out awnings have some wear and tear on the edges (see photos).
The exterior cap is faded, mostly on the top edge.
The unit will need two new house batteries soon.
Tires have tread with 2019 date codes.

This Bighorn will set up easily and perform well in any RV park with 50 amp service. The auto-leveling system makes setup a snap.
If you wander off the grid, this RV has you covered with a 65-gallon fresh water tank, a 90-gallon gray tank, a 90-gallon black tank, and two 30-lb propane tanks.
If you like to spend your time outdoors, click a button and get the automatic awning unfurled in seconds. Bring all your chairs and patio accessories for your guests. The large pass-through basement has plenty of room.
This Bighorn has two bathrooms! The main front bathroom has a large shower, washer/dryer, and lots of storage.
