The current owner has used this 2014 Big Country 3950FB as a residence. All systems, including the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, are operational.
The RV is stored in a covered space at the owner's residence. Its exterior surfaces are clean, glossy, and free of Sun damage or fading. The tires are original. There is no generator onboard.
Interior surfaces display regular wear and tear. The cabinetry displays fading, wear, and small scratches. The recliners and sofa sleeper exhibit minor stains. Two smoke detectors appear non-functional.
