Price includes: 2008 HONDA CRV Tow Car and 2-year Warranty on the Beaver. It has been a great driving and full-time living coach the past year-plus, except for the CAT engine unexpectedly throwing a rod Dec 1 in AZ. The engine was just replaced with a newer 400 HP Cat from another Beaver coach that had front end damage (new engine has only 26,000 miles). A replacement engine may seem bad to many, but realize it comes with best alternator, turbocharger & compressor(s) of the two engines, and all hoses, o-rings, belts...etc are newly replaced. This is a very good feature for a 10-year-old RV! The past year+ (since I have owned it and my wife and I have lived full time in it - no pets, no smoking), I have added or replaced the following: Honda CRV tow car, BrakeBuddy, Blue Ox Tow Bar with quick hitch as a turn-key, ready-to-go Package. 50,000 engine/transmission/hydraulic service and filters, generator service, front alignment, front steering stabilizer ($507), new brakes - completed at CAT in Indiana in June. Hydro-Hot serviced last spring, and High and Low temp switches replaced. I have receipts for additional replaced components in the last year bringing most potential 10-year replacement items current: new hydraulic step, both roof fan control motors, horn solenoid, trailer light plug and new wiring harness, 4 new house batteries and 2 new chassis batteries this summer, alternator, wind sensor, roof vent, new awnings all four slides, light bulb upgrades to LED, roof re-sealed around every component, entry door electric contact switch replaced, new wiper blades, water filter, waste tank sensors and water pump. Waxed RV quarterly. Added a Wi-Fi Ranger for better internet reception ($585), and both RV and Tow car tires are connected to wireless "TireTracker" sensors ($550). As you can see from the list above, this coach has been maintained and upgraded heavily since I owned it the last 1 1/2 years. With the new engine and maintenance, it is set to be a reliable coach for years to come. If you buy a different 10 year old coach, be prepared to fix many of the same items as it appears many accessories have about a ten-year life expectancy. The engine failure was a fluke, and you should expect 200,000+ miles off a CAT engine without blinking. $105,000 (firm) price includes a 2-year warranty ($4,500 value) which will be purchased at the time of sale - or the price discounted $4,500 if you prefer. Body is in great shape. The Beaver is currently on the last leg of a cross-country tour, currently in Arizona/NV during December, and headed toward Oregon by January. Downsizing as we are retiring to the Oregon Coast and don't need the big RV nor tow vehicle. Just completing our tour of NFL parks: Sea, Den, GB, NE, Phil, Car, Atl, TB, NO, Hou, Dal, AZ...as you can see, it hasn't been sitting this year. Tons of service manuals come with it. I was prepared for all possibilities as handy man. See NADA values in pics. Call Tom: 863-581-1776
