This Beaver Santiam 40 DST motorhome is built on a proprietary Roadmaster chassis with an Alison Transmission. It has a 7500 quiet diesel Onan generator. The motorhome runs perfect, all equipment works and it is in excellent condition inside and out. It has ducted AC and furnace with 2 ACs, 2 heat pumps and 35,000 btu furnace. It is a hard to find split bath and a half floor plan. The main bath is in the back and features a large tub/shower combo. The half bath is located mid unit. The motorhome is washer and dryer ready. This unit has solid surface counters and tons of storage. There are 2 tvs one is 20" and the other is 32". The unit has aftermarket surround sound, vcr/dvd combo and a satellite dish. The refrigerator is a Norcold 8 cu ft 3 way refrigerator and is less than 8 years old. The house batteries are all new as well as the main awning arms and motor. This unit has 2 large pass through storage compartments as well as other underbelly storage. The tires are less than 5 years old. Unit is equipped with a rearview camera. This unit is rated to tow 10,000 pounds. Original manual is included. The dinette makes a bed, one sofa is a sleeper sofa and the other is a jackknife sofa. Both the drivers seat and passenger seat are leather and swivel to add to living area seating. Two of the slides are opposing slides in the living area to create a huge living space. All slides are covered by awnings and there are 2 additional pull down window awnings as well as the main 17' power awning. Unit has interior controlled hydraulic jacks. Grey tank is 60 gal and black tank is 39 gal . Unit is equipped with a black tank flush and outside shower.
