New carpet in living room and bedroom; new imported vinyl flooring in dinette, hall and bathroom, and original oak in the kitchen.Dinette chairs and table are solid and in good condition (except for a tear in the edge of one chair seat cushion).Mattress (60” x 80”) – no stains, odors, tears or worn areas – overall good condition.Entire unit odor free (non-smokers)Central vacuum system works well, all appliances work (furnace, oven, stovetop, laundry unit (combo washer / dryer), air conditioning, water system (pump), all lights and latches)All outside compartment hinges and latches present and workAll windows and screens present and functional.
