1985 Avion 30 , Bought in January 2014 and added the following improvements: Laminate flooring New 3 way 8 cu ft refrigerator New brakes New tires (4) Roof seal The previous owners installed a new 15,000 BTU AC in September 2013 as well as an AC hot water heater kit (LP gas operational, as well).
