1993 Auto Mate Automate - 31ft
So why only $1,000? We want to sell quickly and upgrade to a newer trailer this summer.
We bought it 3 years ago for $3,000 and have probably put another $2,000 into it replacing the tires ($1,000), interior lights, blinds, vent fans, receptacles (GFI with USB ports).
But it needs a new roof, or at least significant repairs. There are water stains on the ceiling.
It also has an older style electrical trailer plug connection for towing. We store it at the Casini Ranch Campground in Duncan Mills, CA and have never towed it since purchasing.
Except for the work mentioned above, the interior is all original and in great shape. Original owners were older and meticulous in caring for it.
The newer refrigerator is 110 volt only.
