The listed Travel Trailer is used so there is the normal wear and tear. Please review picture and ask questions. We have had the RV unit for a year camped locally for a few months then took it to Moab, Utah. Towed it with my 2012 Ram 1500 5.7. Got 16 mpg high and 10 mpg low. We put on it 4000 miles during the time we have had it. It does not leak when the sides are expanded. Only the front expand out leaks when closed. (Go figure) I have pictures showing. The RV's AC, Heater, 6 gal gas/electric Water heater (has new anode), Gas/electric Refrigerator/Freezer, plumbing all work excellent. Awing works find but the exposed area when rolled up is tattered. There is one foam mattress and we use bean bags on the other side facing the TV shelf. Put new tires and rims from Hitch Anything here on ebay, on it before going out to Moab. Spare is new and it comes with extra used set of wheels/tires. We are selling it because we want a bigger one now. Price is based on what our RV Dealer has agreed to offer us for it. I will also include a jump drive with all the proper manuals for the different appliances and such.
