for more pics and info please see my website. The outside of the coach is WELL above avg shape or might even be considered nice when compared to other 16yr old RVs.The inside of the coach is Well above avg condition to nice condition when compared to other 16 yr old RVsInterior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.)This coach approx 40 foot according to the spec sheet found inside the RV.This coach is a Fleetwood American Coach Eagle slide RV. It is built on Spartan chassis. Spartan chassis are used on many fine quality RVs, like the Allegro Zephyr, the Newmar Mountain Aire , King Aire This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. No oil consumption was notedThis RV is pretty easy to drive. There is 2 overhead ACs that work. The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air. The engine AC comp cycles on and offThe Engine is an upgraded Cummins ISC 8.3 liter in line 6 cylinder. The standard motor is a Cummins ISC 8.3 liter 350HP, which is still a lot of power even by todays standardsThe 6 Speed Allison transmission shifts up and down like it shouldAn Onan Quiet Diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. Less than 1100 hours on it. I let it run over an hour under a load to ensure a trouble free operation for the new ownerThere is a 2 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new.If you are expecting a decent to nice 16 year old coach that is USED this is it. This is one of the few RVs V2GRV will call niceI generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better.Full body paint is in great shapeThere are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 16 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 5The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. Plenty of tread remains. The tires were made in late 2008. Currently there is no sidewall cracking. Most likely the Michelin tires were installed mid to late 2009. Under normal usage the tires should be good for approx 1-2 more yrs. Import tires can be mounted for a round 2200.00 The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units.I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home.I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it reall
