2006 American Coach American Eagle 42r , 2006 American Coach Eagle 42R. It's got it all. Never lived in, no pets, no grease cooking or smoking. Stored inside with annual maintenance done on engine, aqua hot and generator. Check out the build sheet for extras. Some of the highlights are Girard remote control awnings on big slide and over all windows, heat porcelin floor, aqua hot for unlimited hot water, king sleep number bed, dishwasher, washer/dryer, under bay entertainent system, bose surround sound in both front and back of the coach, and an insinkerator instant hot water with cold as well. The 10K Onan Generator just turned over 1,000 hours. In addition to factory add ons, I just changed to a Samsung residential referiderator, installed a Winegard Travel sattellite that has home quality reception with 3 seperate receivers so you can watch anything anywhere, replaced the under bay and bedroom TVs with 32" Sony flat screens, and changed out the sleep number wired remotes with a new pump and wireless remote. New batteries in 2012 and tires are 3 years old with less than 12,000 miles. Low retail is over $190,000 and average retail is over $220,000.
