This is a 38 foot Pace Race trailer. 30 feet of flat space and 8 feet above gooseneck. It is a tri axle with 2 new tires. The brakes work great. There are cabinets, drawers, bench, and grinder in the front. Interior was repainted in the spring. Speakers wired in to cabinets for a stereo system. Rear door has been reskinned with all new led lights. Drop down ramp door on back. Side door also. Flourescent lighting inside and spotlights on the rear. Lighting all wired to plug in at generator. Trailer was originally set up for fifth wheel but I put an extended gooseneck adapter on it. Can easily be removed to convert back to fifth wheel. Front corners have minor damage from previous owner. Rear section of roof was also replaced. Good, clean title. Generator compartment. I will include generator at Buy It Now price. 608-347-3814
