previous owner put in brand new fridge and a/c unit, both of which Ive seen him operate but I have never used. Holds around 33gal of water and 40lbs of propane weighing around 2970lbs. Has 4 electric jacks and can hold 2 batteries. Text preferred for any and all questions, cannot always answer calls. can show all day sundays and Mondays. needs long bed truck. has queen bed and maybe one can sleep on the couch. Generator has around 150hrs on it. everything works!! camper is in storage in Santee,CA
