The overall condition of this coach is fair, it has higher miles for a Class A though the Caterpillar engine is very reliable.
The exterior shows a lot of sun fading, the graphics are rough and it is cosmetically challenged. Has been stored outdoors, and on Arizona vehicles, it takes a toll.
Both slide awnings will need replacing.
The front windows are exhibiting fogging on a couple of panes, argon gas has escaped, and overall the exterior needs a good cleaning, hasn't been used in 5 years or so.
The tires are from 2016 and will need to be replaced soon.
A recent buyer inspection revealed the refrigerator is in need of replacement and a leaking shower skylight has resulted in some water intrusion. Generally a bunch of small things from lack of use/keeping up with the maintenance since the seller has not been using it. As for the engine it ran well during inspection and shifted smoothly according to the inspector.

2002 Tiffin Allegro Bus 360P. This is likely an early build version with a 2002 chassis, but the model started in 2003.
White with a grey and black graphics package.
There are two slides on the driver's side, a big patio awning, and a slide awning package. Twin AC units on the roof and an ONAN 7500 generator with 787 hours.
Powered by the Caterpillar 3126 engine with 330 hp. Allison transmission and 272,000 miles on the coach.
Inside, you'll find a roomy seating area with a fold-out sofa and recliner. Dinette with chairs, a TV over the driver, and plenty of upper storage in the maple-tone cabinetry.
The kitchen features a double sink, a convection microwave, and a 3-burner gas stove. Norcold electric/propane 4-door refrigerator and lots of cabinet storage.
The bathroom features a water closet with a sink and storage. There is an additional vanity and a shower with cabinet storage.
The queen master features hanging storage in the closet, a TV, and drawers. There are washer and dryer hookups available.
The driver's area has above storage for electronics and a console with storage.
You'll find the propane locker, water services, electronics, and plenty of long item storage in the basement compartments.
