The exterior is in very good condition. There is some minor fading of paint in a few spots. There are no dents or dings in the body and all doors open and close with ease. The inside is also in near-perfect condition. The flooring and carpet are without stains or damaged tiles. All upholstery is in very good condition also. There is a small tear on the passenger seat, and the seat itself is showing a little more wear. Mileage Disclosure: the actual mileage is 40,293 more miles than is displayed on the odometer. There is documentation from the previous owners where they had something replaced, and the mileage was wiped clean, but the manufacturer certified the actual mileage. All features and amenities work as designed as per the owner. The upholstery on some of the furniture shows wear and may need to be replaced. The overall condition of this coach is very good to excellent. Its single owner has kept up on maintenance, it's very clean and presents well. The exterior displays no major sun fade; there is some checking of the paint near the door, but the awnings look good; the roof is reported to be in great shape, and nothing seems out of place. The interior is also excellent, with normal wear and tear, but it presents as a newer coach than 2015. Really nice wood, no major wear to note and just some wear on the front seats on the Ultraleather, which is a typical issue.
