Roof Air conditioning works great, Refrigerator works greatRefrigerator works of the 110 Volts house current, off the Generator, and off the 12 Volt coach batteries.All 3 batteries are newEverything works inside as it should when plugged into a power source,Generator works but needs a more thorough tune up. Generator has not been used much and has 65 Hrs on it, it operates everything inside when running. It is a Onan 4000Spark plugs are new, oil and filter are new and were all done on the 9th, it ran great, and ran the roof air conditioner, refrigerator, microwave and etc, then it stopped running as it ran out of gas, it would run a few mins and stop (rv has -1/4 tank of gas and thats when the generator's fuel supply turns off) Generator will need a full tune up with an air filter, a new fuel filter etc, as it has not been used much. Very light RV (gvwr is only 14,800)Easy to drive to its short length, only 28'No leaks in ceiling, and no delamination on the sides.Mr Tiffin doesn't put his name on low quality products. Beautiful cabinets with mirrors, master closet has light which comes on when door is opened to make finding clothes easy. The 7.4 Liter (454) engine has tremendous power due to its light weight. Climbs hills effortlessly.. Shifts like a new car as well.No exhaust leasks, and again it only has 25k miles. Dinette table turns into a bed, the sofa turns into a bed and there is a queen bed in the rear bedroom. Full size door for the driver to use. Both front rotors need to be replaced as they are warped so there is shaking when driving and using the brakes. Brake pads are fine and rv can be driven anywhere. the way it is, I just drove it over 9 hours last week. No pet hair in RV, just normal stains from use, so RV could benefit from a light carpet/upholstery cleaning. Awning fabric is in perfect shape, but brackets that hold it up need replacement. Awning is locked in place and rv can be driven anywhere without worrying about the awning, but brackets/aluminum frame need to be replaced in order for the awning to lock in place properly. Dash/engine air blows ice cold. Towing package.All luggage doors are removable. With a simple lift and pull they come right off no tools required. Then the plastic storage bins can be cleaned, or etc effortlessly when door is off.There are 2 pass through storage areas, one just in front of the living room door the other is further in the rear. All compartments are made of plastic, not fiberglass, which makes them real easy to keep clean.
