2000/2001 Alfa Ideal , This Fifth Wheel was used as a Live-In Trailer by myself during a 6 month construction. We purchased it about a year and some months ago and used it, now its been sitting unused for a few months and we need to give it a home. Its a really good candidate for a DIY Job. The AC needs some love, possibly a good tune up, replacing fluids and such. the awning could also use some care. Lubrication, new bolts, the usual. Theres some faulty caulking jobs on the roof that weathered out and leak occasionally. The trailer is not furnished. Stove and fridge are there and working great, but there is no mattress, that sort of thing. Overall its holding up in good shape, but needs some minor things replaced/repaired that is common with these live-ins/fix&flips. Priced right at NADA's base low end pricing.
