2003 Alfa See Ya 40FD.  RV is 40' and has two slides (bedroom one nice size, living room slide is HUGE and AWESOME!!  New tires last spring (approx. 3000 miles on them).  Coach has 6 batteries up front (4 for inverter and 2 for generator start), all are new last week. New starter on generator.   Has two more batteries in rear that were new last fall.  Built on Freightliner chassis with Cat 3126 (330hp) motor and has Generac QuietPact75 diesel generator.  Generator pulls everything just fine, Cat pulls rig and 22' enclosed trailer up and down the road 75mph:)Comes with 2 basement air conditioners that work well but don't exactly keep up if it's 100 degrees and you can't park in shade so I added a 3rd roof AC (that fixed the problem - generator pulls all of em just fine too).  Gas and electric heat (ducted).  Gas or electric water heater, will run on either.  Power awning, both slides have awnings and each window has it's own awning.  Rear view camera in dash.  Power jacks and leveling (from captains chair).  3 TVs (up front, bedroom and outside under awning -  I upgraded all three of them to newer and larger flat screens).  DirecTV sat. dish auto locates, even while moving!  Leather pull out couch and two leather recliners.  Washer/Dryer combo in cabinet.  Refrigerated cooler built in outside.  Very clean counters, microwave, stove, ceiling fan (RV has 8' ceilings so has room for a ceiling fan!!!), power and covered roof vents, very nice size shower!  Stereo and 6 cd changer have speakers up front, in living room, in bedroom and outside - and all have seperate volume controls so no one gets unwanted blaring noise:)  Lots of storage in bedroom, Kitchen has redic. amount of storage as does outside under, one passes clear through and slides all the way out one side; the one next to that slides out half of the RV.  Storage, storage, storage.  Has air ride which is fantastic up and down the road plus you can use the built in compressor to air up pool toys, inflatable mattress etc.This rig is a joy to own and travel in, turns out it's way nicer than I need for what we're doing so I'm downgrading to a toy hauler/5th wheel.
