Trailer is very clean inside and out.
Awning is in good condition.
Upholstery and flooring are in good condition.
Air conditioner and stereo system worked well during the photoshoot.
There is a small blemish on the bottom right of the handle of the hanging closet.
There is a tiny impact mark on the front left side below the window frame (difficult to see in photos).
The tires have plenty of tread and appear to be the originals with date codes of 2016.
