Completely redone in 2016!PRICE REDUCED – NEED SOLD–> Stripped down to bare frame and frame repaired where needed.–Added new structure to rear end to avoid rear-end separation.–> New Axles, 3700lb Ez-Lube.–> New Tires, Michelin LTX M/S2. Around 2,000 miles on these tires.–> New aluminum Sendel T02 rims.–> All new ¾” marine grade plywood floor= Floor was attached with elevator bolts in main floor and screws in u-channel.–> All new cork flooring, USA made.–> Interior and underside of plywood floor has been spray foamed. It is well insulated, protected against future leaks, quiet and the structure is stronger than new.–> New MaxxAir Deluxe Fans (2). –> New Fantastic Vent (non-powered).–> New Dometic High Capacity AC unit.–> New LED Interior lighting–> New 100A Solar Panel and controller.–> Fresh Low VOC interior paint.–> Custom made new Diamond plate interior wheel wells.–> New aluminum side wraps–> New plastic (new style) banana wraps–> New belly pan, attached with screws and fender washers, not rivets for easier removal.–> New front Rockguard.–> New custom front interior cap made from aluminum.–> New door handle/lock and deadbolt–> New no-see-um screen.–> All New LED marker lights, door light, rear lights, and scare light.–> New breakway switch–> New tow vehicle plug receptacle–> New 30A service plug, marine grade. –> All new wiring front to back= Marker lights and taillights were routed inside the walls.= All other wiring is in conduit outside the walls so it is easy to get to for future changes. –> The Airstream letters had partially fallen off, so a new panel was created for the front and back with the word “Dreamstream.” If you don’t like that, it can be easily removed.==> The exterior is in good shape for it’s age, with a few dents and dings. Some unique things to this trailer.No steps are attached. The old Airstream steps aren’t reliable (and even small parts are CRAZY expensive) been using a step placed on the ground. The result is a cleaner look on the side as well.There are no holding tanks at all. We built the unit to be 4-season and we didn’t want any holding tanks below deck to freeze or leak. The long term plan was to use a composting toilet, basin for dishes, and a small freshwater tank under the bed. If you want tanks, you can install them or have them installed.This would make a great setup as a business, a showroom perhaps, or anything else you can dream up.A couple of things I may or may not sell with the unit, depending on timing and final sale price:–> New Lithium 100AH Battery. –> New ProPride Hitch.

Purchased this 3 years ago and updated the interior. complete interior repaint with professional oil base, removed all carpet and installed new flooring, installed new A/C, new microwave, revised shower to tile, New Batteries, New Stereo/CD player with USB, Flat screen TV, New retro counter tops and matching folding table, custom curtains, Reupholstered couch and made matching corner seat for dinette, New propane bottles. Considering the new ones this size start at $80,000.00 plus TTL and are no where near as cool as the vintage, this is a deal considering all we have done to this.
