The trailer does get dusty where it is stored, so will need an exterior rinse. Recent or routine maintenance and service includes, total floor replacement done at the Airstream factory right before they purchased, owner has also replaced all upholstery. The hot water and microwave/convection are less than two years old. The A/C and furnace were almost new when the owners purchased the trailer in 2013 and have been serviced regularly, most recently within the last two years. The grey and black tank exterior plumbing was replaced 2 years ago. The back/up camera is a year old. All exterior and many interior lights have been converted to LED. The tongue jack was replaced 2 yrs ago and the roof has been resealed and has never leaked. There is 8" tear on the outside edge of the awning.
